hi all! i recently switched platforms, to ubuntu 6.06 (dapper drake), and i'm
having trouble running autogen.sh from mtn. it generates the configure script
successfully, but it then immediately fails with "configure: error: cannot
find sources () in . or ..".

details below. i don't have much experience with autoconf, but from what i've
read, the other warnings are probably unrelated. i'm using autoconf 2.59 and
automake 1.7; more on my setup in http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/811 . i've
tried re-runinng autogen.sh in a clean workspace, but no luck. any ideas?
