I must also apologize to all for being so slow with my SIP/SIMPLE
fixes. I have found a few more small issues and already tested some
fixes. However, I still have not been able to verify that presence
works yet. I do expect this to happen pretty soon, after which I will
go through and fix some issues with my own C-coding.

I also have no idea if I will get the Monotone client to work over our
firewall. Is there any chance that I can send the fixes by patches (or
even complete *.h/*.c files) once these are ready?
