Open Buddy list via single clicking the tray icon?

There is a forum at www.sf.net/projects/pidgin that has almost no
developer presence.  Every time I've looked in it, it seems to have a
mix of misinformation and vitrol.

There is also a support at pidgin.im mailing list, which has a nabble forum
interface hooked up.  It has had a little bit of traffic.
