Take Pidgin Outta my Taskbar .. please!!

The only problem I had with it is that turning it off doesn't seem to
work right.  In order to get the taskbar entry to come back, you have to
focus the window.  However, that doesn't really matter unless you like
to toggle the option a lot.

It works in the plugin well enough.
