No, but then neither do SRV records, so you're back at square 1 however
you manage it.  Cheap and nasty technique is to set up an IP forwarding
service on ports {5222,5269} at the old IP pointing to the new IP for
$N hours.  Also, set your TTL down to about 300 seconds beforehand and
you'll only have a few minutes before everyone gets the new IP address
except a few people behind retarded old DNS Service caches (Windows NT
I'm making faces at you right now) and a couple of other "special" 
things that don't honour TTL.

Bron ( doubt they'd know what a SRV record was if it bit them in the
       recursor either )
