It seems like Internet Explorer might not recognize StartCom as a
trusted certificate authority, which makes their certificates less
useful for http://developer.pidgin.im/.  But you bring up a good
point: it totally makes sense for us to get a free certificate from
them for pidgin.im for XMPP.
