So looking at the survey results so far, approximately 85-90% of
people who say "video chat is important enough to switch to another
client" use MSN.

I say for the purposes of a first release, just push out something
that resembles MSN's UI.  It's more or less there already.  Yeah it
won't match Google Talk and some other clients, but that's something
that can be handled at a later date- non-MSN users are in the minority
on this one.
