IBE encryption plug-in

Hi everyone, I am going to code an IBE (Identity Based Encryption) plug-in
for Pidgin.
I have a question is there a way to embed executable files into Pidgin
plug-in code? I have 4 stages of encryption process as C executable files
(setup, extraction, encrypt, decrypt).
Is there a way to run those executables or any executable within Pidgin
plug-in code (it might be just a printf "hello world" program) and take
reference from that executable, like in my situation "decrypt and print the
outcome"?
