Skypeless Skype Plugin

So a while ago I spurred up some arguments by talking about my Skype
plugin for Pidgin.  There were a lot of unhappy campers because Skype
needed to be running for that plugin to work.

I am happy to say, that I've got a new plugin for Pidgin that doesn't
need Skype running to work.

What I'm after is some Skype users to beta-test my (at this stage)
buggy server and client/plugin, particularly people who are happy
using unstable software.

At the moment, the server is kinda like a proxy for sending Skype
'API' commands, but we're working on turning it into an xmpp
gateway/server at a later date.
