New QQ implementation

Hi  guy's,

I made some QQ changes in libpurple, to enable captcha verification on
login, based on LumaQQ fot MAC (2007). My changes enable login, add
buddy, remove buddy, message exchange and logout. Other packets are not
transformed, as I need only this functionality.

Are you interested of this code? How can I send you my version?
