Git repo clone v3 (exact replica)

Hi,

This is the third try to create a git clone of the mtn repo. Now the
way the repo is created is totally different.

All the branches are cloned, the topology is exactly the same, and
this can be updated at any time.

A nice feature is that you can use mtn ids just like git ones, for
example these two are the same:
git show 397e3f # git id
git show mtn/c57d3ddd9e7431dd2a0ecd9be96ec6eee270ac09 # mtn id

Time of git log: 0.933 seconds
