Encoding bug in Windows version (ICQ)

Since i downgraded the GTK+, all Links were opened in Firefox instead
of my default Browser Flock - and once started, Firefox takes over all
Extensions to himself - and i always revert them to previous state,
because i have other applications which work with Links too.
