Yahoo 's msn interoperability

As Eric said, yahoo do have a few ids on non yahoo domains.
Also in future other protocols like, lotus sametime and LCS support has to
be added. It would be better to have some concrete method of resolving ids.
Is it good to submit the patch solving interoperability of @hotmail.com ids,
or wait for a better solution.
