FSUES

Hi,

I have noticed FSUES's almost always have anonymous email addresses.  I exclude 
those that support the FSUES's request with their real name as usually they are 
usually vastly more civil.

It appears that those less likely to use foul language and name calling are 
those willing to put their own names to a discussion.

Could we have a code of conduct that we could point FSUES's to so that they 
could come to understand what to expect from free software?

PS. While it makes me laugh how emotional some FSUES's get I feel that I am 
reading the same thing over and over just with a different feature.
