I saw your commit but I don't think it's a proper fix.
The number of QNG commands sent by the server is in no way related to
the hotmail credentials. For example in HTTP method PNG is forbidden,
so probably there are no QNG commands received.
Also, the checks are just for @hotmail.com and @msn.com accounts. What
about @live.com?
I fixed this in msn-pecan and I also created a ticket with what I
think is the proper way to solve this:
