Status of new servers

Done!  Please test it out and let me know if you notice anything not
working correctly: http://imfreedom.org/wiki/

I got rid of the "index.php" from old wiki urls, but the old urls
should redirect to the new ones.  I also made a lame little logo for
the top left corner.  Sorry it took so long for us to fix that!

Also, to my knowledge that was the last item on the list of stuff to
do on the new servers.  I believe everything is now migrated and
running at 100%.  Hurrah.
