Greetings! I have encoding problem with some of my contacts on Windows machine. I'm using latest Pidgin 2.5.1. CP1251-messages displayed as koi-7. I can read these messages only by converting koi-7 displayed as cp1251 to cp1251 displayed as koi-8 via this decoder: http://2cyr.com/decode/?lang=en Pidgin 2.5.1 on my Gentoo Linux 2007.1 works fine.
