Patch for pidgin ticket #8694

Hi,

This is Pedric, or Christian if you will, and the third revision of my
patch that improves roaming with NetworkManager 0.7 and multiple devices
is now online at

http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/8694

Since the last version, it has been rewritten mostly from scratch and
now uses libnm_glib instead of dbus directly. As a result, the code is
much cleaner, but as the stability of libnm_glib had previously been the
reason to abandon its use, it still needs some testing and polishing.

Any feedback is welcome!
