Compile error in dnssrv on win32

Hi,
we should use the right defines for win32 code blocks in dnssrv.c
DNS_TYPE_SRV and DNS_TYPE_TXT
Patch attached.

I also get:

undefined reference to `_jabber_avatar_init'

these undefined references, but can't find nothing related in the source 
code...maybe a file is missing?
