Pidgin Voice and Video Bounty Payment Pending

Michael 'Maiku' Ruprecht has made a submission to claim part of the FOSS
Factory bounty for Pidgin Voice and Video. Unless a well-founded
objection is raised (regarding the quality of his code, etc.), the
payment will happen on Thu, Aug 27, 2009 @ 01:48 EDT. If you'd like to

If you're wondering why it is 70% of the bounty... my logic was as
follows: 50% for implementing the first protocol, as that involves
designing and implementing a vv API and UI. The remaining 50% was split
between XMPP, AIM, MSN, and Yahoo, with XMPP getting a double share
because it's an open standard.
