Window icons for voice and video

Hi!

Hylke, do you happen to have 48x48 versions of the toolbar icons for
audio-call and video-call?
Now that the media widgets in Pidgin's vv branch is changed to have
separate windows for calls, it would probably make sense to set the
window icons for these windows to the corresponding icon for the call
type (audio or video).
Is 48x48 pixels appropriate for icons to set for the window icon?
