I don't want to get into the merits of the sound icon theme spec, as I
haven't the time to look at it right now.

I am, however, interested in *evaluating* the icon theme spec as it
relates to the theme code. It may be until next weekend before I find
the time to get back to this xstatus icon stuff and have time to discuss
it in detail, but these things are all quite related.
