Pidgin, Enterprise Instant Messenger?

So what would you think is the most viable solution?, about de xmpp server,
all my clients are in different part of the world, so i dont know how slow
it would be.
Im not shure what you mean with a reactive plugin, reactive to what?
May be the patch would be an ok solution, but not the best, not shure yet.
So im gonna try seting up an XMPP Server, see what happens and go from
there...
