Inclusion of MXit plugin into Pidgin

Also, I would encourage at least someone among the MXit folks to hang
out in our regular chat rooms (on IRC on XMPP) if possible. I think
that'd be helpful to keep the MXit prpl updated with the changes we make
to pidgin/libpurple.
