String Freeze

Hi, all,

Pidgin is now in string freeze.  I was supposed to announce this yesterday.  We
will be in string freeze until we release Pidgin 2.7.8.  No strings will change
during this time.

Ideally I'd like to see all translations in by the end of Saturday, 2010-12-18,
but I can be a bit flexible on this if needed.
