Is it possible to include sources of my pidgin plugin in pidgin sources?

I'm developing plugin for pidgin for exchanging voice messages over
XMPP. So is it possible to include sources of my pidgin plugin in pidgin
sources? It will be much easier for me to distribute my plugin if it'll
be part of pidgin sources.

it requires speex ogg and openal.
