video call

Hello

I want to make pidgin to pidgin voice call and video call in one way only.
Means there is webcam on only one side and i want its to make call ....
pidgin refuse to make video call if any one side dont have webcam..
so is there any other tweak can i make plugin such that it allows oneway
video or audio call?
i have libpurple api there is option for one way calling in that but pidgin
cant support..
please help me as soon as possible
