This is not accurate, "Serverless Messaging" (aka Bonjour) *is* a IM
protocol that can be used for actual P2P communication, not just for
advertising other capabilities.

This ability to advertise another XMPP account is a tiny piece of
XEP-0174, not how the primary communcation occurs.
