Pidgin is string frozen!

Hi all,

The im.pidgin.pidgin branch in monotone is now string frozen pending release of
Pidgin 2.7.1.  Translators, please start working on your translations, and let
us know if you need additional time for any new strings or for strings you
weren't able to translate in time for 2.7.0.

As a reminder to all, during string freeze, we cannot add new or change existing
strings.  Removal of existing strings is fine, though.
