Pidgin 2.10.7 released

FYI the normal/default Windows installer for 2.10.7
("pidgin-2.10.7.exe") is misbehaving.  We've temporarily removed it
until we can figure out what's going on.

In the meantime you can use the full offline installer, which is
equivalent: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pidgin/files/Pidgin/2.10.7/pidgin-2.10.7-offline.exe/download
