Requesting review of soc.2013.gobjectification.plugins

I still think it's better to handle gtkdoc separately from .plugins
and merge it into default first. Reviewing it should be trivially easy
and fast. Based on our track record it will take us weeks or months to
review the .plugins branch. Reverting gtkdoc-related changes in the
.plugins branch seems simple compared to the chore of keeping the
.plugins branch up to date if it also contains gtkdoc changes.
