Releasing Pidgin 2.10.11 Soon

I've just fixed that. Sorry for holding that for such a long time.

There is another gg issue, that came up over a day ago: #16471. That might
look like an invalid memory access. But I won't be able to investigate this
before tomorrow. However, this doesn't look like a "global" issue, so don't
feel obligated to hold the release on that.
