Please ship an AppData file upstream

Hi Richard,

Just an FYI, our latest release 2.10.11 should contain the AppData file now.

Unfortunately, due to the shortened release cycle, I don't think the
translations all exist yet. I also haven't had a chance to update the
screenshots.
