Fwd: GSoC 2015 - Writing a JS Plugin Loader

So Mr Gary,
         With all what you have explained, what do you think i can do in
that same line as a GSoC project. I am saying this because i found the idea
on Pidgin's idea list and i wanted to work on it. So what should i do
concerning that, like working on the project? Do you have a better project
in that line for me so that i can work on or is there a way you could
modify that project so its fit for a GSoC project?
