Yahoo Instant Messenger to shutdown

Oath has announced that they will be shutting down the Yahoo Instant
Messaging service on 2018-07-17 [1].  They're pushing towards their new
protocol Squirrel [2] which I am not aware of an implementation of yet and
is invite only right now.
