Pidgin 3 Quick Update

Greetings Programs!

I just merged into the default branch a pull request that makes it possible
to install pidgin 3 next to pidgin 2.  The important thing everyone needs
to know is that if you were running pidgin 3.0 before, the executable is
now `pidgin3`.  Likewise for finch.  The desktop files have been updated,
so if you launch it from a menu, it should work without issue, but you may
have old pidgin 3 menu entries that no longer work.
