Headset plugin, compatibility Plantronics W720

Hi David,

to be honest, i thought the attachment is forwarded. Seems not like
that.

I further created and redacted a debug log file based on original code:

If i can contribute with anything more (USB packet log,...), just let me know.

As I've also a BT300 of Plantronics for travelling, i've tested it as well. There it works without a patch.
