Crash in Pidgin and Adium on XMPP MUC Presence

We should probably do a 2.10.2 release with fixes for this and:
http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/13500 - "Cannot add buddies on AIM
with periods in their names"
http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/14864 - "Pidgin crashes upon Nick
change in SILC channel"
http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/14884 - "msn_oim_report_to_user does
not do charset verification/conversion"

And probably request CVEs for some of these.
