Friday isn't a good day due the fact vendors, when releasing updates and some
issue would be found, there is no one / hard to find people during the
weekend to "patch the patch" quickly.
Generally Wed or Thu are good days (all people around).
So Wednesday 7am PST / 10em EST / 3pm UTC would work (so we wouldn't keep
the issues under embargo too long and also would have time to sort them
till then).
