SSL certificate check in pidgin 2.10.10

Hey Mark and Richard,

unfortunately I do not know whats exactly wrong with the certificate: I
think the admin said something like "the chain is broken". I will ask
him about this, next time I'm at the IT in the university.
But on the other hand, if everything was right with the certificate, I
do not understand, why the check fails with pidgin 2.10.09. Therefore I
attached the same log, this time with pidgin 2.10.09.
