Position Summary

Microsoft Software Technology Center at Asia (STCA) aims to the best user experience for Web Search, Browsing, Advertisement, Cloud, and Enterprise services. Edge Machine learning team is the core science team behind Edge browser. We are looking for passionate ML Software engineers, Applied Scientists to help us on our mission to build the most intelligent web browser ever by developing SOTA machine learning, deep learning technologies to understand various web content as well user behaviors.As a team, we have deep investments on a variety of core AI areas to develop intelligent user experiences, including:Multi-modal Document UnderstandingRecommender systemsIntelligent SearchCross lingual technologiesSome of our works have been published on top conferences like ACL, EMNLP, SIGKDD, AAAI, WSDM, COLING, WWW, NIPS, ICASSP, etc. We also collaborate regularly with Microsoft Research Asia and partner production teams to explore cutting-edge NLP technology to deliver both production and research impact.
