chat room prefs?

Hi,

When I create a chat room on my Jabber server via Pidgin, where do I
find the chat room set-up prefs?  I remember once when I did this I
was presented with pop-up of chat room set-up prefs.  However, I can't
for the life of me find where to do that anymore.  I believe it had a
bunch of check boxes where I could select/deselect things like whether
a password was required for the room, etc.

Running PIdgin 2.2.0
With local Jabber server (EJabberd 1.1.1)
