2.3.0 breaks MSN

I'm guessing you use Windows, there is a stop-gap fixed msn plugin
available here: http://pidgin.im/~nosnilmot/2.3.0-msnfix/libmsn.dll

To use it, take a backup copy of
  C:\Program Files\Pidgin\plugins\libmsn.dll
and put the file from above in it's place.

If you compiled from source on Linux, apply this patch and rebuild:
http://pidgin.im/~nosnilmot/2.3.0-msnfix/pidgin-2.3.0-msn-allfixes.patch

I hope we can release 2.3.1 soon including these fixes, but we also need
to address some other issues too, and I don't know what's happening
about these right now.
