My Vote for 1st would be Stu.  That said & Set aside:

~From My Own Experience; do You know how to generate a viable 'Debug'
Log?  I'm not making aspersions; I didn't so I routinely ask others.

Secondly; do You know where to Copy/Paste the contents of the Log so
that it will receive maximum peer review?
