MSN in Pidgin 2.5.0 - groups added to Buddy list?

I see that on Linux at least that two extra groups, Other Contacts and
Non-IM Contacts are added to the buddy list as soon as I log in to MSN.

Is there a way of removing these, they reappear at the next login if I
delete them. They're very annoying!
