For libatk1.0-0 please simply try to install it...
open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type:

sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libatk1.0-0

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you
type it, then press enter.

Then retry to install Pidgin 2.5.0 from getdeb.net
