Some buddies appear "idle" - should be "available"

I couldn't answer the question of if there was something the default client was
doing, however it can never be ruled out.
Could I ask you to get the user to test something? There is a plugin called
Idle Maker. If you enable that it will add an option into the Tools menu of the
buddy list. From there you can manually adjust the idle state and time.
