Launchpad

I've made this mailing list (through a stub "Pidgin Support" team) an
"Answer Contact" in Launchpad for both the Pidgin project and the pidgin
package in Ubuntu. This will result in any questions asked/answered
there being copied to this list. The increase in volume shouldn't be too
bad. If it bothers you, please let me know if you think this association
should be removed.
