Pigin Away Status Saving

I am running Pidgin 2.4.0 on a Windows XP Professional machine. How do I
make Pidgin not save my away messages or states? I know Pidgen saves the 6
most recent used away messages or states. I do not want Pidgin to do this;
is it possible to disable this feature? Also, how do I delete the ones that
are already saved? Thank you.
