Two typing notifications don't make sense. What do you think?

Please don't spam our lists from multiple addresses with barely
coherent and content-free emails.  If you have legitimate complaints,
please put together a logical and defensible argument for a behavior
which you prefer.  In the case of the two emails you have already
sent, ongoing discussions are already taking place, which you should
read and weigh in on with any *new* information.
